I’m Dr. Jamie Molina — Founder & CEO of CTE Leader Lab and a trusted advisor to leaders in Career and Technical Education who are shaping the future of workforce education.

I help CTE administrators, directors, and institutions build programs that are strategic, sustainable, and aligned with the needs of students, communities, and industry. My work focuses on leadership, systems design, and long-term impact.

What sets my perspective apart is simple: I’ve led this work from every level.

My experience spans the full CTE ecosystem, including roles as a classroom educator, district coordinator, founding CTE director, statewide collaborator, and higher education faculty member. I understand both the daily realities of implementation and the larger systems required to create lasting success.

I know what it means to lead with limited resources, high expectations, and constant change — and I know too many talented leaders are expected to navigate those challenges alone.

That is why I created CTE Leader Lab.

CTE Leader Lab exists to provide leaders with the strategy, tools, and expert partnership needed to lead with clarity and confidence. Whether launching new pathways, strengthening existing programs, aligning to workforce demand, or building leadership capacity, I help leaders move from reactive management to intentional growth.

My approach is practical, data-informed, and grounded in what works in real institutions — not just in theory.
