Founder: Dr. Jamie Molina
I’ve led CTE work from every level—classroom, district, statewide project management, and higher education.
I help Career and Technical Education (CTE) leaders design and implement workforce-connected programs that deliver measurable results for students, employers, and communities. I’m Dr. Jamie Molina, Founder of CTE Leader Lab and a trusted advisor to administrators, directors, coordinators, program managers, and institutions committed to strengthening workforce education.
What sets my work apart is a full-spectrum CTE leadership perspective—spanning classroom instruction, district leadership, state-level collaboration, and higher education—combined with a focus on implementation, not theory. I have built and led programs across the CTE ecosystem, serving as a classroom educator, department chair, district coordinator, founding CTE director, statewide collaborator, and faculty member. This experience allows me to bridge strategy and execution, helping leaders move from ideas to results.
I understand the realities CTE professionals face: limited resources, increasing expectations, and constant change—often without a clear roadmap for what works. Too often, capable leaders are left to navigate complex challenges on their own. CTE Leader Lab was created to change that.
Through CTE Leader Lab, I provide implementation-ready frameworks, practical tools, and targeted professional development designed to help organizations move beyond reactive program management and build scalable, workforce-aligned systems. The focus is not just improvement, but sustained impact.
Whether launching new pathways, strengthening industry partnerships, increasing enrollment, improving advisory board engagement, or aligning programs with workforce needs, the goal remains the same: stronger systems, better outcomes, and greater opportunity for students.
My approach is practical, data-informed, and grounded in real-world experience. I focus on strategies that can be applied immediately—helping leaders build momentum, solve complex challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
I believe Career and Technical Education has the power to transform lives, strengthen communities, and expand economic opportunity. That impact happens when the people leading this work are equipped with the right tools, clarity, and support.
If you're ready to move beyond managing programs and start leading measurable, system-level impact, explore CTE Leader Lab and access the resources designed to help you do it.
