Refund Policy — CTE Leader Lab

CTE Leader Lab provides access to digital educational modules and resource labs. Due to the nature of digital products, the following refund policy applies.

1. Digital Products & Resource Labs

All purchases of digital products, including educational modules, downloadable resources, and access to resource labs, are final and non-refundable.

Once access has been granted, the product is considered delivered and cannot be returned.

2. Access Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing purchased materials, please contact us and we will work promptly to resolve the issue.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe. Verified billing errors will be corrected.

4. Exceptions

Refunds or credits may be considered only in limited cases at the sole discretion of CTE Leader Lab.
